Dr. Jelunder Clark is a board certified family physician that practices in Hampton, Georgia, near the Atlanta Motor Speedway. She attended Tougaloo College and received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Southern Mississippi. She is a graduate of Howard University College of Medicine and she completed internship and residency at The University of Alabama School of Medicine, Huntsville Family practice program. She currently serves as Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of Wellness Medicine in Hampton, Georgia; whose mission statement is “We are paving a pathway in medicine to build bridges to optimal health and wellness.” The focus is "traditional medicine" and nutritional health while bringing new technology and patient education to the community on complementary and alternative medicine. Dr. Clark has an interest in research for the betterment of humanity and has been involved in several clinical trials. She is active in her community as the medical director for Source Care Management, a division of Georgia Medicaid services and serves as director of the health and wellness ministry in her church. She is the devoted mother of three wonderful very active teenagers, who keep her busy. She was married to the late Dr. J. Marcus Clark, Scientist and Applied Mathematician who contributed greatly to the scientific community and the innovative technologies of Wellness Medicine. Dr. Clark enjoys participating in charity events, the creative arts, traveling, and spending time with her family. Dr. Clark and her family believe, “To be of service to others is one of the greatest gifts to humanity.”
